We just moved to Charleston, bulit a home and for the first time in our life, built a pool. It was a new experience for us and Blue Haven was a fantastic partner! They explained everything thoroughly, helped us with all of the selections and kept us appraised of the progress in a timely manner. Tad, our project manager, has been wonderful to work with and we would recommend Tad and Blue Haven to anyone!

Update-

Blue Haven ended up having the decking completed and it looks beautiful. They made sure to correct the issue and had timely communication for the remainder of the project which we greatly appreciated. We love our new pool and it turned out better than we could have imagined, and we’ve made some great memories already!

We started off the pool build project wonderfully. Things seemed to be going smoothly, up until we get to the travertine decking portion of the job. We waited a long time for material to come in, and now we have waited an additional month once it was delivered to have it installed. Our decking material has been sitting in our front yard for 4 weeks now.. We were told they would be here one date, then another date, and then another.. for no one to show on any of those dates. We have been patient, but to be told that someone is coming to work on a specific day, and then for no one to show up and no communication about it doesn’t sit well. Our pool is beautiful, but it’s surrounded by dirt and we want to be able to enjoy it with what little summer is left.

Hopefully someone shows up soon, and we can have our backyard back.

We hired Blue Haven to install our pool and it was the best decision! Brandon was incredibly helpful in putting together our vision and getting the project rolling. During the building process, our project manager Brad was extremely communicative, thorough in explanations, and prompt in scheduling and had our pool installed 5 weeks sooner than anticipated. Overall our experience was great and we would highly recommend them to anyone else looking to have a pool built.

Blue Haven was recommended to me by a neighbor. I still checked with two other pool companies but felt Blue Haven offered the most competitive proposal. I couldn’t be happier with our pool. From the design phase and throughout the entire project, the process was smooth. There was quick and consistent communication from Brad’s team. I’d recommend Blue Haven to anyone looking to install a new pool.

Blue Haven Charleston delivered us an amazing pool. Right out of the gate, they set themselves apart from other pool companies I contacted. Our first contact was with Scott our pool designer. He designed exactly the pool we wanted and provided very sound advice especially when I though I knew pool design better than him. A total pleasure to work with. Construction started on time and Andrew the pool digger was masterful. Zach and Dereck tag teamed the project management duties and they were great to work with. All concerns were addressed timely and to our satisfaction. We totally recommend Blue Haven if you are considering a pool. We have a handful of friends that were also totally satisfied with Blue Haven, but also have another handful that did not use Blue Haven and were dissatisfied. I will also give you the same recommendation Scott gave me, take lots of pictures throughout the process as the journey will be amazing and you will want to capture each step. Thank Blue Haven for giving our family the pool of our dreams. We had 35 people enjoying it this past weekend!
