Overall

We had a dispute with the contractor we hired and unfortunately he walked off the job. The folks at Deckstore of SC were very helpful and even though we are in our 70s, we have managed to do the work ourselves with the help of a great friend also in his 70s. Thanks Cliff and everyone at the Piedmont, SC store! Customer service is still alive and well at Deckstore. Dan and Susan Beaver. Mauldin, SC.

Deckstore sold me trek decking for my dock on the Tennessee River and had delivery within three days. Their pricing was more affordable than any supplier in our area. Great service.

The Deck Store did a fabulous job on our deck and attached pergola. It took several weeks, but the quality was well worth it. The crew building the deck (including framing, as the old one was removed entirely) were meticulous in everything being square and level. High quality job all around!

We purchased Trex decking in the Rocky Harbor color and the needed hidden fasteners. Worked with David and these guys are first class. Delivery was on time and the delivery driver helped get it into our garage for safe keeping until we were lucky enough to get a few days of no rain to get the footers, framing and decking completed. We bought the decking in late January but the builder we hired did not get our deck completed until 2nd week of March. If I ever need decking again we will definitely buy from The Deckstore. Thanks for the help today 3/21 when I stopped in. ?

David and his crew (Fenix Deck Builders) extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire deck building process. His experience in the composite decking industry is second to none. Communication was excellent throughout the entire build. I would strongly recommend the Deck Store for your decking needs. Don't go to the box stores! These guys are extremely professional and know what they are doing. You and your wallet will thank me later! My wife and I thoroughly enjoy our NEW deck space.

Overall

David and his crews were extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire deck building process. His experience saved us a lot of time and money and told us the "dos and don'ts" of deck building. It was great having all the materials delivered the same day for a very nominal cost. ($25) I would strongly recommend the Deck store for your deck needs and design. Don't go to the box stores ! I'm glad I didn't!!!
