Very impressed....In looking for a contractor to build a larger deck at my daughters home Bradley Construction was one of the many choices.
Very professional..... When Kim Bradley came outt for the initial consultation the first thing, when greating me, he handed me his business card....[no other company did that] He asked about and than we reviewed my project, most importantly he listened to what I wanted
He made some very good suggestions.
Reasonable and fair price...
Their estimate came back the next day.
We had few estimates some higher some lower. [As a former trades instructor everything he said to me made sense and was spot on]...
Crew....the gentlemen that came to build the deck were very knowledgeable and courteous. The project was completed in a very timely manor. The job sight was left clean.
I'd highly recomnend Bradley Construction for any home improvement projects.

Bradley Construction remodeled our kitchen about 3 years ago. They did a terrific job at an affordable price. Recently we developed a small leak. I called Bradley on a whim and they immediately came out and repaired it, no charge. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

We have nothing but GREAT things to say about Bradley Construction. Bradley did a top notch renovation involving an ensuite bathroom addition, for the purpose of atheistic, two dormer windows were built on the roof giving the home a charming cottage look, add to that, the back deck was extended and the guest cottage was remodeled.

Firstly, we had initial discussions with owner Terry Bradley as to our requirements and he had helpful suggestions to help us make smart design decisions. Once the work began, his project manager, Vince Taylor, was with us every step of the way with always a friendly attitude, good communication and prompt responsivness regarding every single detail of the job.

We are grateful to Vince and his team for their professionalisms and high quality work.

The end result looks AMAZING! with two beautiful functional bathrooms, an expanded deck for large gatherings, the guest cottage has a new wet bathroom, floor, shiplap walls with heat and AC. Looks like a "Story Book Cottage"

The remodel has extended the square footage of our home and the two dormer windows added to the roof gives the house visual appeal.

I could not recommend Bradley Construction more highly.

We worked with Mark Crosby from Bradley Construction, LLC. They did a complete remodel of our kitchen. It took us a while to nail down who we wanted to use(so many other contractors that did not show up when they said they would and provided only partial estimate or $20-40K above our budget). Mark provided great communication from a complete estimate and letting us know who and what day key steps would be happening in our home. The job was started and finished in the expected time and very close to the estimated amount as we made changes on some electrical features.
We are so happy with our new kitchen.

This is the second time we have asked Bradley Construction to take on a project and it simply turned out EXACTLY the way we hoped it would. The task was to turn a small deck that had some simple screens installed into a 12 month room with corner stone wood burning fireplace, tongue and groove vaulted ceiling, recessed lighting, extra insulation and EzeBreeze windows allowing for both the screened in porch feel and also the sunroom feel anytime. From initial design meeting to full completion, the project ran very smoothly with professional skilled people. Our project manager, Rick Burgen keep us informed as well as any construction project I've been part of, and I've been involved in dozens both residential and commercial. This team is top notch starting with the owner, Terry Bradley, and throughout the organization! You will see an attached "before photo" and then some "after photos"..... we love it, and use the space every day!
