From start to finish, our salesperson Derik kept us informed with the process of cost, HOA approval, fabrication, and installation date in a timely manner. Additionally, the installation crew of three was very professional and meticulous and took the time to instruct us on how to maintain & change angles if we so desire. Contacted Trish regarding installation of Bahama Shutters on our home. She came out and measured windows and gave us an estimate in a timely fashion. Painted to match existing shutters. Took a while for the shutter to get through production and painting but we can blame Covid for that. Thanks China!! Trish kept us in the loop along the way. Came out to install shutter but had the incorrect hinges. Billy, Zac and Jose took care of that right away and we had the shutter installed same day. May install shutters on the rest of the windows but will wait and see. Definitely recommend ABS for your window needs.

I would definitely recommend using Armor Building Solutions to meet your needs for hurricane protection. It was an absolute pleasure working with Derrick from Sales, Lisa in Customer Service and the technicians who came out to install our hurricane shutters. Everyone we came in contact with was highly professional, knowledgeable, courteous and made sure that we understood how to put up our shutters. It was easy to contact Armor and our calls were always returned in a timely manner. Derrick made it a point to follow up to make sure we were satisfied with everything being done on our home and was always available to answer any of our questions.
