I took my truck to Blanchard to have some preventative maintenance parts replaced, all I can say is they're awesome. The mechanic stayed in touch with me through the whole process made me aware of any additional problems and per my request fix them. doesn't get any better than that. Not only do I recommend them, I'm going to continue using them myself. It's very hard to find a shop that not only does a great job but cares about the business you're in. I have multiple pieces of heavy equipment and the folks here have helped me with everything from simple parts to full service. Every mechanic I've spoken with has been very knowledgeable and responsive. The only negative thing I have to say is that sometimes they are hard to get on the phone, but in their defense that's because they aren't sitting behind a computer, there actually working on equipment or helping a customer. Cannot recommend them enough.

I went in to price a mini excavator for rental. Something around a 303 or 304 size. After explaining the job I needed to do I was advised I needed a 305 or 305.5. That was great advice, not just an upscale. The job would have been much more difficult without the bigger machine. Michael was very honest and easy to work with. My machine was delivered on time and the price was better than two days from a “box” store. I will absolutely be going back in.

I have a 2011 Allegro Bus 43QGP motorhome manufactured by Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. An exhaust heat shield failed causing a small fire over the engine and under the bathroom floor (diesel pusher). The coach was towed to Blanchard Machinery in Rock Hill, SC. I was met by the Truck Shop Manager, Jeffrey Sharpe, upon my arrival at the facility. He assured me they could do the repair and set me up to dry camp outside of their fence which saved me money on hotel expenses. There was an outstanding recall on the heat shield. They performed the recall despite having trouble removing the floor in the bathroom. While at the facility they repaired my left rear stabilizing jack (it was leaking oil), replaced both front jacks, diagnosed a "check engine" light issue, and changed the oil, oil filter and fuel filter in my generator. To top it all off, my clothes washing machine needed to be replaced. I mentioned it to Jeffrey in passing and he said they would look at it to see if it was something they could do and it was. So I went out and purchased a washing machine and they removed the old one and disposed of it and installed the new one. They checked and ensured that all repairs they did were done correctly and checked to make sure everything worked properly. For example, they operated the jacks, topped them off with fluid, and then bled the air out of the lines and topped the fluid off again. Don't let the appearance of heavy construction equipment and dust turn you away. Whenever they entered the interior of the coach, they removed their shoes and always cleaned up after themselves. They did better work than what I have had done at large RV repair facilities. I learned from Jeffrey that they can do chassis work on any motorhome (gas or diesel). I will be taking my motorhome back there when I need chassis work. They are located right off of I-77 in Rock Hill. In addition, Rock Hill has a lot of good restaurants and shopping centers. It's been a long time since I have been really satisfied with work done on my motorhome but I am totally satisfied with the work that Jeffrey and his crew did. I highly recommend using them. The previous (bad) reviews were a long time ago and since then there is new management. I asked them about the two star reviews and none of the guys working there now were there then. They replaced the bad apples in my opinion.
