They do not really treat their employees fairly. 5 years no raise! No vacation! No sick days! Forced to work during COVID! Deducted hours when I had to get tested! Disgruntled? Yes! We were told to lie to customers! We were collecting money and really wasn’t try to install stuff. I had to go out on a Sunday to reinstall a sign, with no pay, to fix a sign my boss refused to do! UPDATE who wouldn’t be disgruntled?

The quality of the work was excellent.
Even if you tell them something a dozen times, don't count on them remembering to do what you ask. We asked repeatedly when ordering to call us so we could be there during the install. They did not. As a result, the sign was not put in the location we wanted. On the phone we agreed to a fee for them to come back out and move the sign. Again, we requested to be present when it was done. Again, we were not called. I just happened to stop by when the guy came to move it and was able to instruct correct placement. When the invoice for moving it arrived it was 50% higher than we were told. After several calls and emails, the owner did agree to honor the original cost for relocating the sign. If you do business with them, make sure EVERYTHING is in writing! ALSO use caution for posting an honest review. As retaliation for my review, Roy decided a year after my review, to go to my business website and post a 3 star review with no comment even though he did not come to us as a customer!

I called them for DNR lettering for my boat and they were awesome. I was close by so I dropped in just to get things proofed and they completed it while I waited(5mins). All 3 of the staff members there are awesome. Great customer service isn’t dead…
