We highly recommend Palmetto Landscaping and Design for any aspect or scope of a yard project. We hired them to create a beautiful backyard. The scope of the job was large and included designing and installing an outdoor kitchen with grill, a sink with hot/cold running water and pizza oven. On the other side of the yard, they designed an outdoor fireplace and seating area. We are on a deep water creek, and needed to beautify the landscaping on the water as well. From the initial meeting, they were professional. They listened to what we wanted and presented designs that were in line with our requests. They are realistic in identifying how long each phase would take and alerted us if there was a problem so we could address it together. The workers always showed up on time and worked diligently. They were very conscientious when they worked and cleaned up afterwards. They have the highest level of customer service and respond timely! Again… we highly recommend them!

Update: Since we had a downpour last week, (July 2024) our backyard was flood free!! Great job Palmetto Landscaping and Design!!

We had them put in a drainage system with a sump pump in our backyard as we have a very very bad flooding problem. I can't tell yet whether it is going to be the solution or not as we haven't had a huge rain yet but hopefully it will. The crew that came to do the work was very professional and did a great job. The only problem that I had was with communication as to when or if they were picking up a check from us or if we were supposed to drop it off as they started the project. We paid 1/3 up front, 1/3 when they started the job and the balance when the job was finished. Also, we were not aware that the electrician was coming and he just showed up a day or so later when we were on our way out of the house. We had to change our plans to accommodate him as he needed to access the inside of our house. No one made us aware of the date/day he was coming. But, as far as the work that was done, we are very satisfied.

Kevin and the Team at Palmetto Landscaping are the best.

We used them to install sod and plant Azaleas and Hydrangeas in two beds that they also installed.

The Install crew was amazing, the brought a skid steer in to the backyard and you couldn't even tell they were there after they left, except for the beautifully installed sod and bushes.

I would definitely use them again, and recommend anyone else to do the same !

Jason was able to not only listen to our ideas but was able to 2D our info to give us a true visual of the backyard prior to pulling the trigger to proceed. Recently had the pleasure of working with Keven Cone from Palmetto Landscaping and Design, installing a new front yard from scratch. After a couple of discussions about what i wanted and with Keven's help in making sure we got the correct trees, plants and sod things couldn't have gone smother! From start to finish the crew was great.

Showed up on time both days with lots of man power. Cut the old grass sod out, graded and amended the entire area with lots good rich topsoil. Amended all the large beds in front of the house, again cutting everything out, more rich topsoil mixed in, ready for planting, 4 inchs of quality mulch, planted Encore Red Azaleas with larger white Azaleas along the front, a Sago Palm and the two awesome Refoliated Sabal Palms, installed Zoysia Sod!

I did talk to several different company's and individuals and Palmetto came in with a good fair price for solid quality work.

This is only phase one of a three phase plan and they will be back sooner rather than later! Can't recommend them enough, Thanks Keven!

I wanted to extend my existing patio, after consulting with Kevin Cone and Jason Moser they came up with a great design plan to replace existing concrete slab and add a paver patio that would compliment the space and slope of my backyard. I can't say enough great things about this whole process from concept to installation, The install crew was fast and efficient, in and out in 3 days left the yard cleaner than it was when they got there and the quality and attention to detail is second to none, Palmetto Landscape and Design takes pride in there work and it shows, Jason was on site checking progress and making sure I was happy with the layout and how it was coming together, I will definitely be using them again on future projects.
