Design and materials used in our kitchen are great. That's about the only positive things I can say about our experience. We were told the work would begin around labor day, cabinets were delivered into our garage middle of August (2022). Didn't mind parking outside as we thought the project would begin shortly. They didn't actually start until the middle of December (4 month delay, no garage use). Contractor would work on our kitchen for a week or two, then disappear for 2 to 3 weeks with no notice or schedule for coming back. Zero communication or management from Finishing Touch. Everyday it was a mystery if any work would get done or not. Meanwhile we had no garage through one of the snowiest winters in recent memory, kitchen torn up through the holidays. Project finally wraps up middle of March (originally supposed to be done by Thanksgiving). Labor bill comes in from Austin with no itemization, just a lump sum 60% above the high-end estimate from Kelsie/Austin. Add in the plumber and electrician, we're at 20K in labor when the original labor estimate was 10K.
Based on our experience, whatever timetable they give you, double it. Whatever cost estimate they give you, double that too and don't expect any explanations.
Would not recommend.

They were very helpful and courteous in the store. The flooring I purchased is beautiful and they even came to my home and the measured square footage for me. When I needed to purchase transition pieces that I didn’t originally have they were fast and efficient. I highly recommend Finishing Touch in Aberdeen. They were great.

What a pleasure working with Kelsey! She helped me with fine-tuning all the many decisions during our home project, and gave wonderful advice whenever needed. Everyone at Finishing Touch has been awesome....they're very helpful and honest in answering the many questions I've had. They made the process so much easier for me, and I appreciate it greatly.

Kelsie was very knowledgeable in helping us choose window coverings for three rooms in our new twin home. She matched colors and style to continue the flow in each area.
Dave did a great job of installing the blinds, and made sure we knew how to operate and clean them.
We’re very pleased with the results. We love, love, love them! We know the Hunter Douglas brand will give us many years to enjoy the blinds.
