Very great with explaining what their process is, professional and very efficient as well as friendly. Would not call on anyone else when it comes to our Furnace and AC! I have also used them on some plumbing issues and were great!

We have had them check or repair several items in our home. They are always prompt and pleasant to work with. They aren’t crazy expensive either. Our recent repair was bathroom and the tech fixed it without doing as much as we thought it needed. We are very grateful for their service.

Great experience working with them. Had my furnace maintenance and the tech found out we had a crack in the exchanger. Carbon monoxide was piping through my home and I wouldn’t have known if not for them! They literally saved my family’s life. Price was good too. Highly recommend!

The water valve for our refrigerator broke off from our pipe. PrairieSons was prompt with their communication and response. I had to shut water off to the house but thanks to PrairieSons, we had the water back on in 2 hours. I always have a great experience with PrairieSons!

We love having PrairieSons as our heating, AC, and plumbing partners. We have them come out Spring and Fall for our preventive maintenance as well as for any emergencies that we may need. They have worked with us in replacing part of our furnace and it was under warranty for parts. They have come out here or called when we had an issue with furnace suddenly not working.
We won’t use anyone else. We love our PrairieSons company. Thanks for all of your hard work and for being here whenever we need you.

Prairie Sons has always provided great, professional customer service. They have helped resolve the issues we were having and offered helpful maintenance advice. Over the years they have fixed our HVAC, water heater and plumbing.

Overall

Our AC went out during the hottest time of the year. Our system needed to be replaced but there was a long lead time for the equipment. We were lent a portable AC unit that helped us survive. Our installer Dave was awesome and very knowledgeable and friendly. We now have a new system in place and I would highly recommend Frank and PrarieSons.
