Pete was very polite, clean, timely and professional. We would recommend him to anyone. Although a young man, he is very knowledgeable about appliances. He could see there was something that was not properly installed from factory and corrected it. We would recommend Mr. appliance, especially Pete!

Cory arrived as scheduled. I had received a text prior to him coming with his picture so I would know him when he arrived. He was very knowledgeable and diagnosed problem quickly. He had all parts with him and my dryer is repaired and runs like a new one. Took about an hour to repair. Would definitely call them again. Thanks for providing this service to our community!

If I could give a 10-star review I would! My husband called a couple other places and was told that either they didn't work on Samsung brand or they wouldn't touch it since we didn't buy it from them. We called Mr Appliance, a local business in Brookings after all, and Pete came the following Monday. From start to finish, this gentleman was friendly, polite, reassuring and very competent. He diagnosed the problem with just a vague description and had it working in no time! I can't say enough about the whole experience and would recommend this company 1000%!

My refrigerator quit working a week before Thanksgiving. It is a large built-in and hard to find someone to work on it. Cory tackled the job and came on Sat morning to check it out out. Parts had to be ordered, he came with new parts yesterday and within minutes it was repaired. I would recommend Mr Appliance to family, friends or strangers. He came when he said he would be here, actually early. He is friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. I would not hesitate to call him again should any other appliances fail. Thank you Cory.
