Lack of communication, I called two weeks in advance and other than messages back and forth could never get them to show up. Wasted my time since I already had contractors out and everyone was waiting for the plumbing in order to do their job.

The only place around that really works on trailer homes and they did a good job and were quick to get my job done my only downfall I docked a star with is I've been calling and leaving voicmails to pay my invoice so I had to pay by a check as no one answered the phone or even called back

These guys are awesome!!!! Even though they were super busy they showed up early and got our pipes in the basement fixed in no time so we could use our outdoor spickets (our 6 year old was soooo ready for his pool to be filled)!! And replaced the surround in our bathroom. Super friendly! Would totally recommend and will utilize their services again!

I live in Volga, and my furnance went out right before the negative temps hit (hard) and Brookings Plumbing Heating came out right away to make sure my house would stay warm through the chilly nights and when I called because we were still having issues (me error), they came out again right away. Reasonably priced and beyond helpful!!

These guys were fantastic! My furnace went out on a Saturday night. Called them right away the next morning and they were fast to act. I have an older furnace so it took awhile to get it up and running again. In the meantime they left my kids and I portable heaters and made sure the basement pipes didn't freeze as well. Top notch service!

This is an amazing company. We had a broken pipe and my husband went to Lowes to get parts. When he was unable to find the parts, he left and notice a Brookings Plumbing and Heating truck outside. He cornered the man in the parking lot to ask a question and the wonderful man can to our house and fixed the pipe for us. We had planned a dinner with our entire family that night and he saved us. Thank you to a wonderful man and a great company. I will be telling everyone how much you helped us.

Called in the morning and managed to squeeze me in even though they were pretty full and had other projects lined up. Lady on the phone was very nice and the gentleman did his job in little time. Very happy. Thank you. Have used them in the past as well!
