After using our outside spigot to water our flowers for the first time this spring, we discovered later that evening that it had froze and cracked over the winter after noticing water in the basement. Complete Plumbing got back to us first thing the next morning and had a tech there the next morning by 9:00 AM! They were SUPER friendly and helpful and fixed the issue quickly. So thankful they we able to come over so fast and were incredibly understanding to our mitigation urgency. No question, we'll be calling Complete Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs from now on.

We came home from work to discover water coming up the drain in our laundry room. I spent two hours calling plumbers and waiting for them to call me back. Finally I found Complete Plumbing and I called their emergency number. Someone actually answered the phone and within an hour someone was at our house. He spent an hour clearing the blockage and left at 10pm. I really appreciate a quality business who does what they advertise. None of the other companies ever returned my calls.

After calling a number of plumbers in town that wouldn't help, Complete Plumbing was our saving grace. We had a major leak in our basement and needed someone that day. Complete Plumbing was able to come out to our acreage 25 min from town with the right supplies while we were at work to fix our issue. I talked to Jen and she was very kind, polite, and understanding that I knew nothing about our plumbing set up. I have not received the bill but appreciate what they were able to do for us!

Side note- When I came home (rainy muddy day), the only evidence of the plumber being in our house was a partial footprint in our door way. Almost as if he stepped, saw it, then decided to take off his shoes! Unheard of! Amazed! So many times we've come home to foot prints all over our floors, up and down the basement steps, and finger prints or scratches on the walls! I was prepared for the worst and received the best! Thank you so much!!
