Overall

Great place to work! Was here only 5 months and home life got a little crazy. They were very understanding and let me have the days off I needed. They are very flexible with my schedule and family oriented. Met a lot of great drivers here that have been a huge help showing me the ropes. I couldn’t ask for a better place to be at.

Overall

The company might be good but at least one of their drivers is only 1 percent smarter than dirt. He parked with his trailer in a short bobtail spot. Blocked me in because his whole cab was sticking out. I pulled Into the end spot so my reefer running all night would bother anyone. Then after getting him up to move over one spot where he could back in. He pulls out turns to back into the vacant spot beside me. Filled by him complaining I didn't wait to back out till he was parked beside me. He then said some people are too stupid to drive. He needs to go to the DMV hand them his licence and tell them he is too stupid to drive.

I worked here and there was a day I had a family emergency. So I thought finding someone to replace me was the best option. I knew who was going to be off that day so I asked them first. They said they would and I TRIED to let dispatch know. They did not answer then later lied to management and said I didn't. They do not pay you to wait on a trailer that should have been there waiting for you. Constantly reporting issues with trucks that never get addressed until the truck is no longer usable. We are told it is our choice on where we fuel but then later getting lectured. Supposed to have an updated version of Vector and after several months still do not have it. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Overall

Excellent company to work for. Staff are helpful and the company rewards hard work and great performance. Management always went far beyond my expectations. They provide a great variety of opportunities in a large number of locations - allowing movement as desired.
