Working with Joe for the home inspections (both the home and termite inspections) was the easiest part of purchasing my new home. Joe went above and beyond inspecting the home I had a contract on, and ultimately bought. His inspections were done at the same time and scheduled quickly and easily. Afterwards, he supplied me with an incredible easy to understand report and details, along with talking me through what he felt was important after he had inspected the home. I felt extremely safe and secure in knowing exactly what I was buying. I can't imagine going through a home buying process without his inspection. He examined and analyzed everything and explained what he found in a way I could understand. I would recommend him highly to anyone considering the purchase of a property, or wanting their own home inspected prior to putting it up for sale.

USE Ten. Joe for your inspection. Using a small business rather than a corporation type inspector is so much more worth it. He took the time to make sure everything was inspected and even listened to the list of stuff I wanted him to take a closer look at. Called me after and we went through it all. Also the report is so clean and perfect. I talked with construction managers who look at inspections every day and they even said they wish all inspections went like this and the report looked like this. Highly advise you use them as your inspector. Makes the process 100 times easier and better.
