I put in a request the second week of March on their website. Someone got back to me on March 12th asking about coming out. I explained my work schedule and that they’d also be able to come look at the house while I was not there, so they could quote accordingly, or ask questions accordingly. They asked for my address and said they could maybe come by that day, or that they could plan to come out that weekend. I sent them my address and details with what I was looking for, as requested. A few days go by and I hear nothing. So, I reached out again asking if they still were able to come by. I have since heard nothing back. As a customer whose willing to spend money on your services it’s frustrating to feel like your not valued potential business when you’re having to do follow ups with the company, and getting no replies.

We had leaf removal and pruning done in late fall. We were pleased with the work so I reached out for getting an estimate on some additional work and getting on schedule for regular maintenance. We couldn’t be more pleased with the work that Cole and Prestige Landscape did for us. As a country property, we were wanting a less manicured look than what you see in most neighborhoods. We showed Cole online pictures of what we liked, and he quickly got the idea. What he and his crew produced was something far more attractive than anything we could have imagined! We just love the patio, stairs and walkways! Cole was always very responsive and we really appreciated the members of his crew. We will certainly turn to Prestige Landscape first for any future projects.

I would recommend Prestige Landscaping to anyone! They did an outstanding job with a complete landscaping remodel of my yard. They also installed an easy to use drip irrigation system that is controlled by an app. The whole team has been so friendly, thoughtful, hardworking, and they have excellent customer service, especially Keyhara and Taylor. My family had a urgent unique request to dig a grave site for our precious dog on our property and were struggling to find someone that would do it. Taylor and his team quickly volunteered and were able to do it the same day for us. They were so kind as we prepared to say goodbye to our dog and we couldn't have asked for better service. I worked Taylor Chastain from Prestige Landscape Co. We got fescue sod installed, and it couldn't have gone smoother. The professionalism and communication were great. There were a couple of questions along the way, and Keyhara Nesbitt was quick to respond and provide help. Attaching a photo, but mind the dog hot spots (they're now on medicine to avoid them!). Prestige was a great local option to get landscaping completed for our home.
