Wish I could give 0 stars. What a huge disappointment. We ordered a Blue Star stove that we were soo excited about. It was was delivered almost 3 weeks ago and we still have not been able to use it. We smelled gas the first night. We called the store and they sent a 3rd party repair company and there was a leaking valve in one of the eyes. Now three weeks later I have never eaten so much take out because the BRAND NEW very expensive stove has not been repaired. I know things like this happen, but what is the most disappointing is the lack of customer service and concern with the employees at the store. My husband has called numerous times to be told the issue will be pushed up to a supervisor and they will reach out to us. Nothing!!! We have basically been left to deal with the issue alone with the repair company. I am in the heating and air business and I promise you if I sold a customer a very expensive system that did not work, I would be doing everything in my power to make that customer happy and either get it repaired or give them a new system. I wish we could let them come get it. Also wish I could get the money back that we have spent having to eat out and take out this whole time.

Came in to look at lights, me and my family, in our work clothes- because we are remodeling a house. The snobby, older women working up front stared me up and down the entire time, without asking if we needed help with an item. Unfortunate because you all absolutely lost a sale because of them. It really doesn’t take much to be nice to people. Make sure you look your sharpest with your big wallets if you want help at this location!

One of the worst experiences with a company. Had to go through them because my builder used them. My rep didn’t take so when I called back to add something to my order he didn’t know what I was talking about. We sat there with him for an hour. What was he doing on his computer the whole time??? Then when tried to order he couldn’t get it. They lost a sell and we went thought Home Depot. They use the worst most incompetent people to do their installation. Our products were damaged upon installation and so not work. Not only are the products damaged they damaged our granite when they installed it. ITS STILL NOT FIXED. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT. DO NOT USE!!!

Basically two snooty incompetent blondes manning the front desk that did not understand how to look up materials. The prices were through the roof and they said they probably could not get them any time soon. Lowes has much better options with people that actually know how to take an order.

I found this place via a quick google search for vanity lighting. The only negative experience was missing the turn off the highway to get there. The showroom was stunning. There are so many options to choose from and that isn’t limited to lighting. Everyone was courteous and very helpful. We found what we wanted and our salesperson said she could ship it direct to our house as we lived an hour away. It arrived next day. We all know in this day and age that’s a milestone. All in all it was a vey good experience.

Over priced appliances that need repair more often than appliances from Lowes. Double oven came and both needed glass replaced before I even had a chance to use them because they were clouded on the inside. Built-in refrigerator LED lights went out 6months past warranty so Kitchaid sent someone out to replace them and now 4months later they are all out again. Spent thousands more because they claim to have superior appliances but they don't. Very disappointed in Ferguson.
The first time the lights went out a salesman at Ferguson was helpful in getting someone out to replace them. This last time they went out (which was only 4months later) I went to the Ferguson showroom in person and talked to a salesman about my problem and he told me he couldn't help me and that I should just call the Kitchenaid customer number in owners manual. Poor customer service.

Recently purchased higher end appliances via builder through this location. There have been a multitude of issues since the appliance have been installed. When we reached out to them to report the issues their voice mails were full and no return calls were placed to us until we were able to contact one of them via their person cell. Once we were able to reach them they didn't report all of the issues to the manufacturer and now we are back to square one. Inept is how I would describe their customer service and that is if you can get in touch with them. Buy your appliances elsewhere....

They have fantastic customer service here. The prices are high but that is to be expected with luxury bath and lighting. I had a wonderful experience with a sales associate here. They spent well over an hour searching through their lighting options, trying to find outdoor lighting to match my description, even going so far as to get my contact information and emailing me corresponding options hours later. I would happily purchase from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for high end bathroom and lighting
