Overall

John was both very knowledgeable and a really nice guy. He was here to fill in our old fashioned TV hole above our fireplace and mount our TV, and to repair some of our vinyl siding. Our drop-down TV mount was a pain to install but it looks great, and our siding repair is a perfect match! He only just left so I haven't had the chance to test out the TV but I am looking forward to it!

Technician Terry Phelps was very prompt, friendly and professional and did excellent work replacing a long section of aluminum trim that had been damaged and torn off my house during a storm.

I had already had 3-4 other contractors and handyman workers take a look at the job…but they never followed up or returned my calls afterward. I can only assume they weren’t interested in a smaller job that would only take a couple hours…or perhaps they didn’t want a job that required a 40-foot ladder due to the high roofline.

Fortunately, Mr Handyman was up to the task and didn’t bat an eye. Their communication was top notch as far as the ease of scheduling an appointment, following up a day or two in advance to confirm my appointment, and then notifying me when their technician Terry was on his way.

My only complaint is that when the work was completed, I was presented with a final bill that was considerably higher than the quote I had agreed to. Before agreeing to this amount, I called their office and spoke to Jennifer; within a couple minutes she had adjusted the total to a more reasonable amount that was more in line with the estimate I had agreed to. (The final bill was slightly higher than the estimate, but not dramatically so).

My overall customer experience was very positive. I would recommend Mr Handyman for anyone with work that needs to be done but is having trouble finding someone to do it.

Overall

John from Mr.Handyman did an exceptional job on both occasions. He arrived early and was prepared. It took him all of 15 minutes to put down quarter molding in two areas and a transition strip in another. He just finished putting up two outdoor ceiling fans on our porch. They are sturdy and very quiet. Another amazing job! We are very pleased and will definitely use them again. Dr. Van & Mrs. DeAndra Hinton?

Mr Handyman replaced my front porch and some rotten wood around two of my exterior doors. They did an awesome job, speedy, efficient and professional!
