It's still my favorite store for electrical, plumbing, and air&heat supplies. Never left the store with the material needed or info where to get it.

Ive very rarely if ever ran into a better bunch of people. I genuinely love everyone behind the counter where I get all my parts to run a plumbing crew. I can not overstate how perfect every single person at the 23rd street location is. They feel like family.

They took care of us by opening up 5 toilet bowls to find one that wasn't cracked to replace the one we returned. Can't blame them since they are made Mexico. The odd thing is the good was dated 2020,all the bad ones were dated 2022.

I had a awesome experience working with the People Here. MaryAnn was so helpful as she knows what's she doing with helping figure out your needs. She was very understanding and patience knowing I'm here for my friend who's out of town. I'm texting and emailing pictures to my friend as MaryAnn and I worked options to send my friend. And the options are tremendous with anything and Everything to update your kitchen or bath. Everything selected was ordered and delivered within a day or two. I'll be sure to recommend Wholesale Supply Group to any future customers or friends looking to add, remodel or update a bathroom or kitchen. Plus they have everything you need for any plumbing job as many contractors, handyman and others starting out go to the service counter for their needs. These Guys at the service counter are great. You don't walk in there without one of them asking to help you in Seconds, no waiting around someone's going to acknowledge you're there. Thanks Y'all... Mark Hyaduck

I will not shop here at the Chattanooga store again. My wife talked with a saleswoman by the name of Judy who said that she would e-mail her the pricing of the kitchen and bathroom faucets that she had picked out, a week layer she still hasn't heard anything from her. At the same time we purchased a shower/tub combo that would be delivered no later than the following Monday, when it didn't show and my plumber there waiting on it i called and Judy said that they weren't in stock and that I could purchase a more expensive one. When I asked why no one contacted me she didn't have an answer.
Think I'll take my business somewhere else.
