Amazing Company, Amazing Outcome! Chris and his crew are true professionals. Chris arrived on time for the estimate, he walked me through the process gave suggestions and answered all my questions. I will tell you Chris knows concrete! I had gotten 2 previous estimates from other companies and based on Chris’s knowledge and examples of his other projects I decided Expert Concrete was the company I wanted to do my driveway. I was contacted by Expert Concrete and given a start day and time. The crew was on time every day worked hard, answered my questions and when they left the job site it was just as clean as when they arrived. I was given a call every afternoon to confirm when they would arrive the following day. Expert Concrete went the extra mile and corrected the mistakes of our original home builder. The crew tore out the cheap ash filled concrete on the apron to the garage and the sidewalk. They hauled the old concrete away, then ran the gutter drainage lines under the new concrete sidewalk to get the rain water away from our new home. Chis had some top soil brought it to level and create an inviting entry from the road to our home. The design Chris chose for the driveway and sidewalk is perfect for our home! Expert Concrete gave us a beautiful custom sidewalk and driveway for the price some others wanted just for a standard plain concrete driveway. Chris and his guys at Expert Concrete were so incredibly kind and did a great job at my property out in the county! His assistant Tammy was extremely helpful with setting up a next day appointment for an estimate. When they found out I was having trouble getting medical transport for my family member due to our lack of a stable driveway, Chris got his crew out to my house within the hour to try to beat the next round of rain we're set to get out here. When his crew arrived they took careful stock of the issues we were having with the land grading and water running through the property to make sure that the work they did would hold against the weather we can expect during the rainy season in the south. Less than 4 hours after the initial appointment for an estimate, Chris's crew made sure I had a carefully graded gravel driveway that will allow medical transport for my family member. I cannot believe the speed with which Expert Concrete was able to help us, and when it came to the price Chris walked me through several options and price points. In the end, we got a great deal on a great product and it was entirely due to the kindness of this company and its owner. If you're looking for a company to do any kind of hardscape work (not just concrete) you definitely need to look into these guys!

The moment I called Expert Concrete and was greeted by owner Chris Foster, I knew I was dealing with a genuine person. I asked for a simple 4 inch slab foundation for my future 30x40 shop. The curveball was two fold, including a 5 1/2 foot grade change in the area I wanted the slab, as well as asking for it to be completed in February/March during the most bi-polar weather we have experienced in Tennessee.
Chris and his crew were extremely flexible and willing to drop what they were doing and work on my project, even though much larger jobs were likely available. Logistics were flawless in the grading, forms, pouring and finishing, and I can't say a single negative word about any of the crew that was on our property. They all knew what they were doing and took serious pride in the finished product.
I will use them for future endeavors and I encourage anyone to give Chris a call if you want the peace of mind knowing an honest professional will handle your project.
