Harley and Cam serviced our units today for spring clean and annual maintenance. They were both very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to secure a few things that could become an issue in the future. They took time to explain what they did and handled everything with care. I appreciate the preventative steps Action Air takes instead of letting units deteriorate and then charge for fixing. Great guys and a great company!
Cam was up front about cost, showed up early and was able to quickly diagnose and fix my AC. He's very good at his work, professional amd friendly. This is my 2nd experience with Action Air and very pleased with them.

We had Action Air come out for a service. They were right on time and very professional. The technicians gave me a courtesy call about 20-30 mins out. My techs were Jacob and Hayden. They were both great and able to answer any question that I had. I would definitely recommend using this company.
Update, 5 months later AC goes out. Middle of summer. Good news is the part is under warranty. Bad news is they won’t have it for 2-4 weeks. This means in July, the middle of the summer my house won’t have AC. This is totally unacceptable. As soon as the warranty is over this company will not have my business anymore.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am of Cam Price from Action Air. I was in a tight spot with a young baby on this 95 degree summer day and I needed my AC fixed! Cam not only quickly understood the issue but efficiently fixed the problem and told me everything he was doing along the way. He did very thorough checking to ensure everything was fixed and had well above exceptional customer service the entire time even in this heat wave! I will without a doubt use Action Air for any HVAC needs for the future, very very grateful for the exemplary work and customer service!

They are always able to accommodate my schedule. Informative of the work they’re scheduled to do along with preventative maintenance. We’ve had the same tech out 3-4 times. Not only a professional and genuinely cares for clients and their wellbeing!

Mr Turner came out to do an inspection on my ductwork and unit. I suspected it might be disconnected. He was very thorough and explained a lot. He recommended a service/cleaning on my unit.
Cory came out a few days later to do my service/cleaning. He also did an inspection on my whole unit and duct work.
Both were very friendly, professional, helpful and went above and beyond! Thank you so much!

My service was excellent! I was helped by Mr. Cam Price, who was extremely helpful, serious about his work, and very personable to boot. Problem was completely diagnosed and solved within an hour and a half, and now I have cool air for the summer!

Zachery Hatcher is a great service tech with Action air. He is courteous, works efficiently and communicates well regarding the job that needs to be done. We have used Action Air for several years and are very pleased with the services and with the units they have installed for us. We have our units cleaned and maintained regularly which has been great to keep them running efficiently. Every technician we have had in our home is helpful and kind.

Satisfied would be an understatement! The tech that came out to service our unit was Amazing! Mr. Tim Wilkerson was not only knowledgeable and efficient but this man is genuinely kind! He showed my fur babies and godson so much patience and kindness, answered all of my questions pertaining to the unit and the profession in general, and was extremely respectful of our home! I couldn’t be any happier with the service and hope Mr. Tim nothing but success and blessings for the future!
