Cam was up front about cost, showed up early and was able to quickly diagnose and fix my AC. He's very good at his work, professional amd friendly. This is my 2nd experience with Action Air and very pleased with them.

We had Action Air come out for a service. They were right on time and very professional. The technicians gave me a courtesy call about 20-30 mins out. My techs were Jacob and Hayden. They were both great and able to answer any question that I had. I would definitely recommend using this company.
Update, 5 months later AC goes out. Middle of summer. Good news is the part is under warranty. Bad news is they won’t have it for 2-4 weeks. This means in July, the middle of the summer my house won’t have AC. This is totally unacceptable. As soon as the warranty is over this company will not have my business anymore.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am of Cam Price from Action Air. I was in a tight spot with a young baby on this 95 degree summer day and I needed my AC fixed! Cam not only quickly understood the issue but efficiently fixed the problem and told me everything he was doing along the way. He did very thorough checking to ensure everything was fixed and had well above exceptional customer service the entire time even in this heat wave! Harley and Cam serviced our units today for spring clean and annual maintenance. They were both very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to secure a few things that could become an issue in the future. They took time to explain what they did and handled everything with care.
