Will not be using Quality First Granite again. The reason for the low review is the overall lack of communication and attention to detail. They told me any overhang over 12 inches requires support and the overhang on my island ended up being 13 inches. I had to call after the quote was given to ensure they were installing the brackets and they told me they accidentally left them off but they would install them. On the day of installation they did not install the brackets and much less didn’t even bring the brackets, but after asking why they didn’t install them they blamed it on the construction of my cabinets which delayed the installation of the island too due to me having to source and install the brackets myself. Also they failed to mention that I needed to disconnect the plumbing on the old sink prior to installation day. Additionally they drilled the hole for the faucet too close to the wall causing it to contact the window sill and therefore requiring modification to the window sill. They were also running a special for the month giving a free faucet with the purchase of countertops over a certain square footage and even thought they did end up honoring the special they initially told me I didn’t qualify since it was delayed until the next month before they could finish the install due to their mistake and delay with the support brackets. Ultimately they countertops are beautiful but it has been a huge headache and more of a pain than it was worth

I was so amazed by this company, I had to put a review - even before I have it installed! ? Every part of the team from the kind-hearted and knowledgeable owner, Romany, the awesome sales person, Kait, the calming woman, Anjelica, who placed my rushed order and Anthony who designed my vanities were fabulous! They are a TOP notch team that feels more like family than a company from who you buy countertops! ❤️ I am a recent widow and doing this "stuff" was my husband's "thing" and I know absolutely nothing about any of this. But they all treated me with so much respect and walked me through each step! I cannot wait to see the final product, stay tuned! ? I'm baaaaack!
