I highly recommend this company! We had a chunk of a tree fall onto our roof on Memorial Day weekend. I started calling roofing companies as soon as I got the insurance side handled and Elizabeth showed up and check everything out and gave us her idea of what we should do. We found out all our decking on our roof needed to be replaced but she also said we can always just replace what really needs to be replaced she never pushed for us to get more or buy more. But we asked to have it all replaced. She sat down and talked with us like we were old friends catching up. She had me pick a package I liked and I picked the color of the roof and the gutters. And 3 weeks later I had me a new roof and my gutters. The company was awesome as well so were the roofers and gutter people. My roof and gutters just look amazing. I can not wait to get my shutters replaced and up. 10/10 recommend these people and company and Elizabeth!

We attempted to make a claim with our insurance company and use another local roofer. We had a steep roof and the insurance company had to send a special adjuster out to inspect our roof. The insurance company only wanted to replace the back half of our roof, that local roofer never even attempted to help us resolve the issue with our insurance company. I had seen an add on Facebook for Best Choice Roofing, I originally reached out to Marshall Evans. He was actually in a different market than we were located, so he passed our inquiry over to LeeAnn Sorrell. She was no doubt heaven set. She worked with our insurance company adjuster and the 3rd party adjuster. Best Choice has been in business many years, the experience that LeeAnn had in dealing with situations just like we were currently dealing with spoke for itself. She assured us the whole way through she would be able to get our whole roof replaced, and she did just that, we would recommend Best Choice to anyone looking to do anything to their roof! Hands down top notch customer service from start to finish!

Contacted Best Choice Roofing to replace my roof which was damaged by high winds. Sales Rep and estimator came to the house. After inspection we sat down and discussed the work, cost, and date of service. Material was delivered on Friday and work began on Monday. Crew arrived at 6:30 am and finished at 5:30 pm. The work included tearing off two layers of shingles and tar paper, clean up. Workers were extremely professional and courteous. I highly recommend BCR and would use them again.

Matt Loxley came out the same day I called and was promptly in contact with my insurance adjuster and company. I really felt like the whole process was hands free. The crew did an excellent job on the removal and replacement of my shingle roof, kept my property clean, and were in and out in one day. The sales crew, Jameson and Mykul were both very professional, happy to explain every detail to me, and non pushy. Their pricing was very competitive and transparent, without any shenanigans around my insurance checks.
The install crew was very friendly, timely, and clean.
The office crew was also phenomenal, being flexible with collecting payment as we ended up in the hospital on payment date.
