In a world of degrading customer service I get excited when I find a company like Royal Marble and Granite, located in Columbia, TN. I just moved to TN and was fortunate enough to get a quote from Royal Marble and Granite and after dealing with Charlotte in the show room I went with them. Thank goodness!! It’s one thing to purchase a product and have no issues and find it satisfactory…but what if you need a little extra customer service??!! That was the case. First off, Charlotte was a fountain of knowledge and advice for the product I was looking for and after selecting what I wanted, (from a vast selection of products and prices) great attention was given to me from scheduling template measuring to installation etc. The crew was clean, prompt, communicative and professional (and friendly). I was very happy with the results! As can happen, a short time later there was a small issue with my quartz, (a manufacturing issue, not RM & G store)! I immediately was prepared for possible difficulty, (something I experience more often than not), but not the case! Charlotte was all over it with a great attitude and the problem was dealt with quickly and efficiently!! They bent over backwards to make it even better than right! That’s why I’m writing this. One thing to have decent service when all is perfect but quite another when you need extra service, that’s where this company made a difference for me and I am sure glad I went with them! Plus I am so happy to support a smaller, locally owned business. Thank you so much Royal Marble and Granite!

Had a wonderful experience with Royale Marble and Granite! They had a wide selection of products and were very knowledgeable about the different types of materials and the pros and cons of each. Charlotte made herself available for a private consultation and was a delight to work with! We chose a quartz countertop for our kitchen remodel and we couldn't be happier!

Her installation team was courteous, professional and clean! Like a well oiled machine, they did the job with accuracy and in a timely manner. Had one small issue and they were happy to fix it!

Very competitive pricing and unbeatable service make this a must use business when you are doing a remodel or new build. As a realtor, I work with a lot of different vendors. Finding one like Royale Marble and Granite, who will follow through and give a quality product, is like finding a needle in a haystack! I'll be back when it's time to renovate my bathroom!
