Court was great. He answered all my questions and walked me through the entire process. He has integrity and will do what he says. He will also give you options to make things easier. If you need a survey then this is definitely the team you want.

I'm so glad that we utilized Court with Essential Land Surveying & Mapping to survey our property. He was amazing to work with! I've never had a survey done before and he was very patient with me, answering all of my questions and showing me what he was doing along the way. He made sure to point out things after he was done that would be important for us to know, and even came back out the next day once we found out we had a change we needed to make. Highly, highly recommend!!

Court has been fantastic to work with. Finding a surveyor who will just answer the phone, much less show up, is tough around our area. Court is a consummate professional. Mine was an old farm that had gone through several revision or cut offs during the years. Court was actually showed up earlier than expected. Did the survery and delivered in a very timely manner. After that, we needed to make adjustments and get a variance. He walked with me through the process, and, as I type this is still working with me to get part of our land subdivided. You can't go wrong with Court and Essential Land Surveying. Thank you, Court!

Finally, a professional, courteous, timely surveyor! I waited for a long time on some others, only to be disappointed. Court will tell you when he’s coming, he will come when he says, and he will work quickly to get the project done. The finished work was perfect! Will definitely use again, hands down!

One happy customer!
Court responded to my inquiry FAST about an updated survey document needed for building permits. I am over the moon with the communication, promptness of service, and professionalism Court has displayed. He got the contract to me promptly, showed up on time for service, and had the document to me ASAP.
Brownie points: Court couldn’t get the document to email, so he dropped it off to me in person. ON A WEEKEND!
Would absolutely use these guys again and again.

Best surveyor that I have ever dealt with. Court was very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive in answering all of my calls, emails, and texts. When he told me he was going to be somewhere or do something or call, he done it and stuck to his word. His report was very professionally laid out with details and photos and aerials. He gave an estimate on cost and time and stuck to both of those. I will be referring everyone that I see needing surveying work to call Court.

If you are needing a land surveyor, look no further. Court Pugh was not only great to work with, he was also very prompt on returning my emails or calls. He answered every question I had and was able to send aerial shots of what I was asking for and let’s you know what he needs from you before hand. He gives you an estimate too so you are not surprised when it comes time to pay the bill. He discussed a time of when he could come out and was actually a few days early. It is difficult to find a good surveyor much less get one to call you back so Court Pugh with Essential Land Surveying is the man to call. Highly Recommend.
