I called for an estimate last year, neighbor started to do a lot of work on the border and I felt the need to put up a hedge. These folks never called back and just kicked the can down the road for months. This week after informing them that the delay had allowed enough time for this neighbor to encroach even more, these folks decided they just didn't want to do the work. Would have been nice if they said no thanks 7 months ago. Thanks for nothing .

Update response:

No you do not, I called repeatedly and have the call logs to prove it. Also was told each time I called that you folks would be willing to do the work, gave my address so you could collect property info and was told half the estimate would have to paid upfront. I agreed and still you folks failed to schedule a time. After several months I expressed my concerns related to my neighbor and was told again that yall would call back soon with a date and completed estimate. Fast forward two weeks and when I had to call again and follow up I was told the owner had decided that they didn't want to take the job due to the property dispute. Terrible way to treat a customer.

Surveyed my property with legal description etc.. all for only $2400 for 2 acres in Clay County TN. The front desk lady was really nice at office. The crew explained my survey on site and took 5 hours to complete. I'm a disabled Marine combat veteran and was happy with work but a little pricey I thought. But I guess it's worth it.

I have used Charles Whittenburg for survey needs both personally when we bought our land and also professionally. I am a mortgage lender and have had to call on Charles and his team to do a survey to satisfy a title company’s needs to close and he not only provided amazing customer service for my clients but saved three deals in the process because of his ability to get the survey back to us quickly.
