If you are renovating your home, do not come here. They are nice selling you tile, but if you bring it back, even if you have broken tile,good luck! no courtesy at all. Computer can’t help you.

The Tile Shop wS recommended by my Tile person. I looked online before going and it is a great website. I had read reviews that Sam was very good so I called to see when he was there. He got my selections and showed me several that were in mock bathrooms around the store. I decided on the one. They got my order ready for pickup in a few days. Great service and very happy with my new backsplash!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I never leave bad reviews because I understand mistakes happen; however I reached out to The Tile Shop 4 times and was barely acknowledged regarding a huge mistake they made. I visited the store in May one morning and was helped by a gentleman, Antione, who said he was a manager. He priced out tile for me and I told him I would be back that afternoon because I was trying to decide between the polished or matte version. That afternoon I went back and ultimately decided on the polished with his assistance. Unfortunately he ordered the matte version, which is not what I asked for, and it was not caught until after install. I reached out to him after the mistake was caught and he said “he would do whatever to make it right.” I replied to his email and no response for a week. I reached out again and no response. I reached out a 4th time and he did respond but did not apologize for the mistake or offer a resolution. I am very disappointed in how this was handled since it was a huge mistake on their part. They barely acknowledged it and made no attempt to correct or rectify the situation. We will not be using their services again and I would not recommend them to anyone. We had much better experiences with Floor and Decor!

Stopped in the store and it was clean and sales reps are so friendly and helpful, will definitely be back!

My husband and I walked around this store for over 30 minutes as we have two baths and a kitchen remodel going currently. Employees sat at the desk playing on their cell phones never acknowledging us once. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

I had a disappointing experience at this store. I spent over $12,000 on tiles for my home project and was told I could return any leftover boxes. However, when I tried to return them after completing the project, they refused to accept it saying we passed the 60-day window. The salesperson never mentioned this restriction before.
poor customer service! Spent so much money there only to be treated unfairly later.

In October of 2023 I purchased tile for a bathroom remodel. It was suggested that I purchase one additional box of the floor tile to be sure we have enough to complete the job.
I was told at that time that any unopened boxes of tile could be returned. I was not informed that if they had to special order the tile I could not return it.
On Dec. 2, 2023, I went to the store to pick up an order and return a box of the floor tile. Once there I was told that I could not return the floor tile as it was a special order. I am now the proud owner of a useless box of tile.
I have now learned to ask for the return policy in writing on any order. I have also learned not to order any additional tile " just in case."
I will go back to their store again?
Nope.
I know my small $650 order won't make or break the store. But I do hope reading this will encourage the employees of the store to figure out how to better communicate with their customers the fine print of a purchase.

I’ve never felt more unwelcome asking an associate for help. Approximately 3hrs prior to close, my husband and I walked in and pulled a card out of a “clearance” tile and asked 1 of the 2 women at the center desk if they were free to help…both on the computer avoiding eye contact with us. They appeared to be bothered and said “yes I should be able to look it up” and looked up the tile and said it wasn’t in stock. With the price of tile they’re selling, I’d expect to not feel like an inconvenience asking for help.
My parents said they’ve had similar experiences but Briana (sp?) is fantastic to work with there.
They have a beautiful, expansive selection but we will take our business elsewhere.
