Working with this company and specifically, Kayla, was a wonderful experience. We did a remodel and installed quartzite countertops throughout. Belliago special ordered the slabs we had chosen and our turn around time was only 3 days from demo and template to install. Everything went smoothly from meeting and the showroom was very helpful for deciding on accessories. Great selections of granite. Sergio met me at the job site and was very professional and organized and played out the job well .The craftsmanship on the granite was great and the guys who did the installation were very good as well . I was hesitant to go with Bellagio because of all the negative reviews, but I had a completely positive experience with them. They were friendly and professional. The prices and the turnaround time were far better than anywhere else we looked. We paid a 50% deposit when we picked our granite out to hold our materials. When our cabinets were installed, I called them on Friday to get on their schedule. They came on that Monday to do the template and installed them on Wednesday. They came when they said they would, called ahead to let me know they were on the way and were extremely easy to deal with. Our final cost was even slightly less than quoted. I'm not sure what happened with the other people that left reviews, but I would highly recommend Bellagio to anyone that is looking for granite.

Bellagio was great to work with throughout this process. They allowed us to select the granite from their warehouse where they had a wide variety of options. Installation was within two days of order and only took about an hour. They even made an adjustment to one backsplash section based on our request at no charge. I chose Bellagio Granite to install our countertops. From the first appointment when meeting to choose which slab, all the way to the install, this company was great. They were prompt with scheduling the measurement appointment and the install. The slab was cut perfect and the beveled edge was exactly what we wanted. Their professionalism didn’t end at the install. We made a small error on the island set stove size and after a call to them , they scheduled a correction cut at no charge. Cannot recommend enough!

Avoid doing business with Bellagio! There's no way that adding an inch or two to a 48 inch wide countertop would cost $500 extra in material. Vina's original calculations were significantly under what would be the obvious measurements for finished countertops for the accurate area I gave her.

As mentioned in other reviews, they give you a low estimate in the beginning, then bump it up after template measurements.

Regretfully, before coming in, I didn't read reviews which mentioned this has happened to others. The office staff is rude, unfriendly, with no sense of integrity or respect for others.

They insist that the customer be there at time of measurement and installation yet they didn’t give me advance notice about our Monday appointment, called me at 8 AM saying the installers were on their way to a vacant house.

The installers were considerate and our fingers are crossed that the granite countertops are trouble free.

Ordered granite, paid over half down, wanted cash, had to sign 3 page waiver, and I read it, made Salesperson Nina mad to start with,
called bacl with scheduled.time for Friday at 12 noon, at 3 pm, no one has came to measure for granite, so I called Belllagio at 3:10 pm, first was told it was12, pm or after for appt, then running late, then truck broke down, I ask if someone could have had the courtesy to call me and let me know, as I had been waiting over 3 hours on a scheduled appointment? Nina got smart with me, (in the 3 page waiver I had to sign states if your not here at your appointment, they charge you $180 extra dollars). I was told by Nina they were not coming to come get my money back because I was rude for calling and ask where the person was. Very unprofessional. Never will I buy from there business again or recommend to anyone.

Do not use this company! Read the reviews and go somewhere else. Office staff is rude and not knowledgeable and installation staff had to be told to caulk my vanity. Prices are inflated after initial quote. I was told process would take a week then disregarded and process took 3 to 4 weeks. Don’t be fooled by the initial response from this company. Go somewhere else! I can not stress this enough!
