Great service, Jim came in early which I thought according to the representative that he has to give the agent a 2 hour window that he would be delayed. Fixed my unit and found the problem pretty quickly. I have used Kimbro twice now and I’m very satisfied with their work.

Kimbro HVAC came immediately after my first call. They did an assessment gave me a quote and they were back the next day for the installation of the unit. No issues at all, very happy with this company. My neighbors had a new HVAC installed last month by another company, and this company has been out 5X attempting to work out the bugs. Kimbro installed my unit in one day and that was it, no follow up calls from me required.

The guy was prompt. He explain things really well on how to adjust the unit to save money and also help the unit to run well. He also told us about purchasing the extra way warranty, when our last free one is up in the summer. I had forgotten that and Ed glad he brought it up.
