I had an ongoing issue with my AC system - brought in too much humidity through the vents and the provider that I had been using for years was unable to find the issue and ultimately left me without a proper diagnosis. I found Chris because of his great reviews and he came out within a couple days of my phone call to him and he found a dirty evaporator coil that the other company was supposed to clean…..he showed me so I could see it with my own two eyes. The thorough service and honesty was quite refreshing and I will call him again for sure.

Chris was prompt with same day service. He’s knowledgeable and was able to fix our commercial unit with ease. We plan to continue to use his services for our future needs.

Chris is simply amazing! After our AC went down on Sunday night, he was our call Monday morning and he was able to be here just after breakfast, which is unheard of. He worked through a complicated repair with ease and had us cool again by the end of the repair. Call Chris!

Reading this? Call Chris! Provided our family with cold air the day before July 4th when we were in desperate need of comfort with 2 small children. Very kind and explained things so I could understand. Served our country as a Marine and grateful for his service to our country and our condenser. We are happy!

Our air stopped working and it was a very hot day, I called chris and he was at our house diagnosing the problem within 10 mins. He came back the next day a fixed what need to be done. He was very professional, nice, and informative. I will definitely be using him in the future!

My family just moved into a rental home today, a day with a National Weather Service heat advisory, and the home’s ac did not function. It was 89 degrees in the house. We were new to town and it was Saturday evening. I called Chris at Tactical Heating and Air and he was amazing. He came over at about 10pm on a Saturday night and within a short amount of time, he had the ac up and running. I can’t thank Chris enough. He’s extremely professional and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone for your HVAC needs.

I called Chris on Saturday while I was out of the country. Even though I wasn't there, he came to my house and fixed the AC. It turned out to be an easy repair, but Chris went the extra mile by coordinating with the manufacturer throughout the week to ensure a permanent solution. He's professional, responsible, and treats his customers like family. I wouldn't hesitate to call Chris again for any AC issues. He's the best!
