I had an ongoing issue with my AC system - brought in too much humidity through the vents and the provider that I had been using for years was unable to find the issue and ultimately left me without a proper diagnosis. I found Chris because of his great reviews and he came out within a couple days of my phone call to him and he found a dirty evaporator coil that the other company was supposed to clean…..he showed me so I could see it with my own two eyes. The thorough service and honesty was quite refreshing and I will call him again for sure.

My family just moved into a rental home today, a day with a National Weather Service heat advisory, and the home’s ac did not function. It was 89 degrees in the house. We were new to town and it was Saturday evening. I called Chris at Tactical Heating and Air and he was amazing. He came over at about 10pm on a Saturday night and within a short amount of time, he had the ac up and running. I can’t thank Chris enough.
