Best roofing company I’ve ever worked for. All companies have there own set of issues but Baker has the least amount. Biggest thing for me was the office “Click” you had to be a part of but, I was never into that so, wasn’t that big of a deal. Great company overall

My roof was actually replaced 2.5 years ago by Baker, as part of a larger townhouse neighborhood. The work was done very quickly and decent quality overall, in terms of completeness of the replacement. However, I was very disappointed with the cleanup and "putback" by the staff. As the crew removed the old roof, they flung shingles, nails, and plastic caps across all neighborhood yards and landscaping. (two windows were damaged from debris, of which Baker did pay to replace) They did come back out, at my email request, to do a "once-over" but it really did not improve. Fast forward 2.5 years, and Aaron came out for another project in the neighborhood. I introduced myself and explained my situation. He immediately apologized and said that clearly their team fell short of quality expectations, and that me collecting nails weekly from my yard 2.5 years later is unacceptable. He promised to come over to my unit when they finished up at the other house. Sure enough, an hour later they were over. They cleaned out every single gutter of nails and roofing debris and reattached the gutter and gutter guard that were damaged in the roof replacement.

I'd encourage Baker Roofing to learn from Aaron and his colleague... quality and completeness are essential for customer satisfaction. Although I was unhappy with the job before, Aaron made it right. Did he have to do so? No. That's positive customer experience. Kudos to Aaron

I absolutely loved working with Baker!! They just finished replacing my rooftop deck and I couldn’t be more thrilled. Aaron in the Nashville office was quick to get me a quote & helped me navigate through every decision with his expertise. My operation manager William Price out of the Raleigh branch was so kind & prompt in getting his guys out as soon as the materials came in. Tommy Penny, Jose Peña, Megal & David replaced the rooftop deck in only two days. They could not have been more professional, knowledgable & kind. We were told during a home inspection our 10 year old roof needed completely replaced by another company.
We called Baker Roofing for a second opinion, Billy came out crawled on top of roof did a deep inspection, said a few missing shingles needed to be fixed, but other than that it was in good shape. We hired them and they sent out Josh, Taylor and Austin. They called about 20 minutes before they arrived to let me know, did the repairs and then were on their way. Very professional and would highly recommended all the way around.

I had holes on the underside of the roof due to some electrical meters that were put in. I asked this company for a quote. Taylor Williams came by to take a look. He said can do the work myself and told me how. That’s saved me $300-$400.

I appreciated his honesty and will definitely recommend this company because I know it will be work well done without being ripped off.

Anyway, a couple of weeks later I climbed onto the roof and realized I had tornado damage. I called Taylor and he came over, gave me a quote. After arranging the funds with my insurance Taylor arranged for a crew to come over towns the damage. The whole process from the quote to reparation took a week.

Good company, great guy to work through and I have already recommended him to my neighbors.

Absolutely awesome. This was such an easy, fast, convenient, and high quality roofing experience. I am very pleased with the roof and even more pleased with the incredible service. Dallas took great care of us. He is communicative, detailed, honest and respectable. The team was very hard-working, arrived EARLY, and didn't leave a trace of their materials/trash behind. It's really nice to see a company take such good care of the customer, which I believe is a dying art! I would highly recommend Baker Roofing!

Wonderful service. We had Baker roofing come out to inspect our roof for repairs or replacement. At no time did they push us to replacement. They gave us information on both and we decided to replace. We have a difficult angled roof and Dallas and his team did an amazing job. We had rain halfway through install and they did a great job getting through it. Our roof looks amazing. We haven’t had a decent hard rain yet and that will be the ultimate test of their install. They are great to work with!
