We had an issue with a leaking mini split unit in a sun room. Called another well known company and they agreed to come out in the noon to 4 pm time window the next day, but other company did not show up, and didn’t call us until 830 pm. So I called 865HVAC and they gave us a time window the next day. They called and texted that morning to say they could come even earlier. They arrived early, as we were notified, did the inspection and determined that the unit was not problematic, but had an issue with temperature being set to low. They did not charge anything other than the trip fee. I was very appreciative of the excellent communication, timely arrival, very friendly and professional staff, and the fact that they were so honest. They did not create a problem to add charges. Frankly, I had never heard of this company before last week, but I will call them the next time we need any HVAC work. Our experience was outstanding.

First time using 865 HVAC. Dakota came out and fixed the drain and leveled the unit so it would stop leaking water. He clearly explained what he was going to have to do to fix our problem.

This was a New install back in April, but with a different company. I could not get them to fix the problem and they just started ignoring our calls and texts. So I called 865HVAC to have them look at it.

Very happy with their service and, will be using them again in the when needed.

T.J. showed up on a short notice after my unit stopped producing cold air. He quickly found and fixed the issue and got me back up in running. Great experience from the initial call to dispatch all the way to the repair and pricing. I will be scheduling regular maintenance and using these guys for repairs from now on! If you need some HVAC work done these guys will get you taken care of!

I had a very tricky situation going on with my upstairs unit. Katie arranged an appointment on the same day I called. Jimmy arrived on time and was so nice to deal with through the entire ordeal. After a very thorough diagnostic process he was able to find what was going on, when at first glance things seemed to be fine. Unit was serviced and working like new! Best thing is the honesty and integrity of the good folks that work there. In my two years using 865Hvac I’ve dealt with several of the folks that come out to do my routine maintenance and all of these guys are good at what they do.id recommend giving them a call if you have hvac needs!!

Our initial consult provided by Dakota was awesome. He was such a nice guy, giving us a full scope of the issue and options. Darren worked with me on selecting the best path forward for a new air conditioning unit, and took time to explain the components and engineering behind the product - he spoke to me with the same regard as my spouse. I felt equally respected and valued. Davey and Scottie installed our new unit and did associates work on the house to ensure it could handle the capacity. All told, this process took maybe 4 days from initial consult to final installation. It was easy to get on the schedule, everyone was so nice to us, VERY punctual, and I felt very comfortable with them all in my home. Everyone showed up at the exact time they were scheduled and left the conditions of the home clean and tidy. Plus, all of them were sweet to our two beagles - a big green flag! Highly recommend this company - everyone was so great during the whole process.

Great service at a reasonable price!
Contacted the folks for a service call and they sent a tech out in a day. The office staff was very friendly and understanding of our needs (enjoy their funny call waiting music, I did!)

T.J. showed up on time and did a fantastic job of trouble shooting our issue, he was very thorough and offered some great advice and follow up.
