We had some foundation issues and needed our barely 2 year old kitchen tops removed ( in timely manner). The company who put them in didn’t even return my call. Top Shop agreed to help us. They took them off and once floors and cabinets came back in, they came back and put tops back on. With foundation changes, we then needed the matching backsplash and they had it in stock, and back out in 3 weeks. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful and compassionate to our situation. That meant so much. Thank you !!!

I am so thankful I stopped by Maryville Top Shop for a Master bathroom renovation. Up to this point, I had visited several tile shops hoping for ideas and direction. Instead, I felt confused and frustrated. When I walked into the Top Shop, I met Dee who had years of experience with vanities and granite. She was very patient and kind as she explained several vanity options. I changed my mind several times during the finalization process, but Dee remained calm and encouraging. I also met Autumn who is a master at tile, color, and design. She quickly got a sense of what I might like and immediately went to work selecting tile options. She guided me through the entire process which made it seem easy and effortless. Dee and Autumn also helped with the gorgeous granite selection that coordinated perfectly with the vanity and tile. The bathroom remodel exceeded my expectations and is absolutely stunning! I would not have had this beautiful outcome without their knowledge and expertise. Our installation team was also super friendly, thorough and much faster than I had expected. A good business and even better people.

I used Maryville Top Shop on a small project recently involving a bathroom vanity top. They were direct and up front about the timeline for finishing the top. Good businesses stay busy and Maryville Top Shop is no different. They quoted 3-4 weeks. Fortunately, they finished it ahead of schedule. I picked up the top and took it home. About a week later I got around to installing it. That is when I found out that the dimensions/measurements were not what I expected. I was convinced that it was Maryville Top Shop's fault, so I took the top back and asked for a replacement. I spoke in depth with Trey Walker. He was professional, polite and answered every question I had. Trey and I did not agree on everything, but he listened and provided his perspective and a reasonable explanation. It turns out that there was a miscommunication and, to be completely honest, I had some blame in the miscommunication. After a long discussion, we reached a resolution and it is my opinion that Trey went above and beyond to make things right. I have the utmost respect for people that operate like Trey and Maryville Top Shop. I recommend Maryville Top Shop without reservation and will be sure to use them on future projects, both large and small.

Great experience. Autumn listened to what we wanted, showed us many samples, then suggested a totally different look. We loved it and went with it! Slate gray granite which is perfect in our kitchen. Measurement was done very professionally. Installation went smoothly and they worked hard to get the correct color of adhesive for the seam. Love love love our counter.

We've done it again! We moved to a new house and of course the Top Shop was on the list call for our renovations. This time we went big with a full kitchen remodel and the Top Shop guided us through the whole process. Darlene worked with us for the design and we ended up with awesome soapstone tops and all new cabinets. I'm not quite done with it but I'll add some pictures (I've still got to do backsplash, lighting, and trim work)

We had granite and quartz installed in our home, what a great experience! The process was very quick, they came and took measurements and shortly after delivered and installed the tops. They have a great selection and show room that I recommend checking out, great for ideas to help you pick colors and designs. We had such a great experience that we are having them do our tops for my office building.
