Justin, with Greater Nashville Home Inspection, was amazing to work with! He was very thorough with his attention to detail during the inspection and in his report. He explained anything I needed to know about the property and answered all the questions I had. I also appreciated his care of the property (a small detail like he took off his shoes inside, and even had a pair to change into if one pair got muddy, especially given TN weather!) I recommend GNHI to anyone that wants a quality product at a very reasonable cost. All the proceeds go to support a great local family company!

Can't say enough about Justin's service. He was able to come at the last minute and was thorough and organized. He was very knowledgeable, clear and communicative. The house is from the 70's so a few things going on here and there and he was a wealth of info on what he was able to inspect, what he could not, how much to be concerned about this and that, etc. So professional! Never treated us like we were asking a dumb question. Much appreciated.

Justin was prompt and thorough. He took the time to answer questions that I had at the home, and later provided a detailed written report of his findings. I feel that he charged a reasonable price and provided excellent service. I would definitely recommend him.

Justin was great to work with from the very start! He accommodated our tight schedule with the inspection and radon test for our new build prior to the final walkthrough date. He communicated with our builder, as needed, and he was prompt with submitting a detailed report with suggested fixes. He also took the time to discuss the results of our radon test as I had a few follow up questions. We were very pleased that we proceeded with an inspection even on a new build, as he found items that we would not have known to look for. We highly recommend Justin and his services were a good investment.
