My husband and I used Justin for our pre-drywall inspection and he was absolutely amazing! The booking process was incredibly easy. Justin was very thorough when he was conducting the inspection. He explained anything I needed to know about the property and answered all the questions I had. I also appreciated his care of the property (a small detail like he took off his shoes inside, and even had a pair to change into if one pair got muddy, especially given TN weather!) Justin was great to work with from the very start! He accommodated our tight schedule with the inspection and radon test for our new build prior to the final walkthrough date. He communicated with our builder, as needed, and he was prompt with submitting a detailed report with suggested fixes. He also took the time to discuss the results of our radon test as I had a few follow up questions. We were very pleased that we proceeded with an inspection even on a new build, as he found items that we would not have known to look for.
