Overall

The best part of working with this company was when they sold us on the dream of having a pool in our back yard.
Everything went down hill from there for the most part. The contractors they used were rude and careless. We had several project managers because they can't seem to keep people employed. None of them knew what was going on. Craig, who was responsible for getting the equipment up and running & pool school has been great and really the only responsive person working for Coyote Creek.
It's been 6 months since our blue tape walk through and we are still waiting for them to finish the list of items.

Overall

We could not be happier with this company! They came out and walked us through everything that would happen. Once the construction began there were some hiccups. Weather played a part of the delays, but they always communicated what was happening and why. They did address each and every issue that we had during the build process and made sure that we were happy customers.

They did a great job of taking care of us and listened to our concerns. Yes, things happened, but they did work to make things right with us.

Overall

Entered into the contract 8 months ago and terrible progress made, weeks go by without anything being done. I also referred two of my friends early in the year before they started working on our project and it's so bad, both of them are going to forfeit their deposits to get out of the contract. Let me put that in context for you, they would rather walk away from their deposits than use this pool company.
