Everyone at this location have been totally wonderful to deal with. One of the owners, David, went far and above demonstrating superb customer service that is so rare these days. He handled an unfortunate manufacturer issue with compassion, understanding and made the situation right!! The manager Mike is well organized and ready to help as well. My original contact was Darrell- this guy is a wonderful person to help narrow down options. I had such a great experience at Buy Floors Direct today! I started out looking for tile for a project at Home Depot but stopped by Buy Floors Direct to see what was available. Not only were the prices much more reasonable, but the employees were so knowledgeable about every step of the process and gave great recommendations. I actually ended up going with a totally different plan after talking with Daryl, and I’m so glad I did! Mike was also really helpful and answered all of my questions about renting a wet saw so that when I got to Home Depot I’d know exactly what I needed. I’ll absolutely be going back to see them for any future flooring needs. Highly recommend taking your business here instead of a big chain for a super personalized, affordable, quality experience.
