Beautiful showroom, fantastic service! An appointment is preferred, but I was able to stop in while running some errands and find the tile I was looking for. Fast turnaround to get it shipped to the store for pickup. I didn’t realize they have a service team in the back with a bunch of professional tile tools as well. Would highly recommend whether you’re a homeowner or contractor!

I made an appointment for one hour. Gina was 10 min late and was dismissive after 20 min as if she didn’t want to help just pointing to areas of the showroom which wasn’t organized well (marble tiles in multiple locations). This is likely because she realized I had already picked out 95% of my materials elsewhere. I found the experience unprofessional.

I can only speak to my experience with Ashley as she is the only one I have communicated with. I called to order 3 x 12” black subway tile which she said they carried and could get shipped to the store within 1 week. I explained what the tiles were for and that I only needed a small amount but understood the need to order the minimum one box. The order arrived and we picked up with no issues only to find the tiles measured 2 13/16 x 11 5/8”. Definitely did not work with our project since we were integrating with true 3 x 12” tiles. It took 2 voicemails and 2 emails to finally get a response from Ashley who explained to me that no refund would be issued and that each manufacturer has “nominal“ sizing and that a 3 x 12“ tile may not actually be a 3 x 12“ tile. I sent a follow up email saying I would not have ordered had she explained that on the front end and asked to speak to a manager or owner. My request has gone unanswered. Hopefully Ashley explains “nominal” sizing on the front end to customers in the future based on this transaction or a customer asks the right questions on the front end after reading my review to protect him/herself. Louisville Tile lost a customer in me after such a promising interaction on the front end. Will not do business with them in the future but I may not be the type of customer they are seeking.
