I have had a great experience working with Artisan Build Construct. A huge shoutout to project managers Mike and Shane—both were incredibly communicative and responsive throughout the process. They kept us updated every step of the way and addressed any concerns promptly. The ABC team is professional and well organized which is a quality that is critical when selecting a general contractor. I would highly recommend any home owner to reach out to Tony about their project.

From the initial consultation, transparent invoicing, to the finished project, Artisan listened carefully to our needs and provided expert guidance throughout the entire process. The project manager Ryan was outstanding. He kept us informed every step of the way and promptly addressed our questions or concerns. The job site stayed clean and the tile work in our mudroom and bathroom exceeded our expectations, We highly recommend Artisan for any of your construction needs!"

Overall

After vetting a few builders, we selected Artisan for a screened porch addition on our 1920s bungalow in Hillsboro Village. They are excellent, accessible communicators and did the job on time and slightly under budget. Our primary project managers Brian and Mitchell were especially great to work with. This was our first experience with contractors, so I really don't have anything to compare it to, but I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Overall

Renovations are a pain, expensive, and full of surprises. I’ve been through several, with several different contractors. Artisan was definitely my best experience. Surprises and left turns will inevitably arise in any reno project, they did here and they worked to quickly and efficiently solve for them. They were communicative, reach-able, and open to creative thinking (weren’t just stuck on cookie cutter solutions). Also, the project came in under budget.
