This is now my go to appliance repair shop. The owner, Isaac, came, found the problem with my refrigerator, stopped the leak, ordered new parts, and returned to install. Voila, problem solved! I could not be happier. Have already recommended to several friends.

Isaac was so great to work with! He was very personable and knowledgeable. He did a thorough inspection on our fridge and confirmed a Freon leak that we were skeptical about. I've been meaning to post this review for awhile now. We called Pinpoint a few months because our Samsung dishwasher just wasn't washing anything. It was basically only being used to sanitize the dishes because I had to wash them completely off before putting them in there. Isaac came out and assessed the problem quickly, proposed a fix, and we scheduled a time for him to come back out with the required part to fix the problem. It worked! I honestly don't think our dishwasher worked this well when we first got it 6 years ago. He also secured the dishwasher in it's space underneath the countertop. It was never actually installed correctly, so it's really nice to not have to catch the dishwasher when I pull the racks out to load or unload.

While he was repairing the dishwasher, I also talked to him about our Samsung refrigerator that kept freezing up. He was familiar with the problem since it is a common one, and knew how to fix it. We had this problem fixed once before by another company, and it cost significantly more than what Pinpoint charged, and the more expensive repair turned out to be only a temporary fix. Preston (I think) came out and took care of the issue with the intention of not having to fix it again, and for a much more reasonable price.

I highly recommend Pinpoint Appliance Repair! Professional, honest, up front pricing, and personable. I will recommend them to anyone I know that needs an appliance repair!

My four year old LG refrigerator displayed an error message and would no longer chill food. I called Pinpoint appliance where Miranda explained to me service call pricing. After I described my problem, she contacted the repair person who suggested an initial possible fix. I followed his directions, and it now seems to be working properly . Miranda was very knowledgeable about my brand and it’s typical repairs and also the extra step to save me an unnecessary house call. I will definitely contact Pinpoint Appliance the next time I need any sort of appliance service. I appreciate their effort to resolve my problem at the least expense to me.

Preston was very communicative prior to arrival and gave me a 30 min courtesy call heads up within the 1-5 window. He was polite and direct. Preston quickly got to work evaluating and identifying both my washer and dryer issues. After diagnosing, he got to work fixing what could be done immediately and located which parts could be ordered immediately and an estimate of timeline for delivery and final repair. Additionally, Stacy and Miranda in the office kept in constant contact with updates on the process, including coordinating with a home warranty company! Pinpoint has been to my house a number of times over the years and I have always been treated very well. I value honesty, clear communication along with repair skills - and the folks at Pinpoint always deliver!
