Overall

Had an electrical fire and gave JCC Restoration a call. They came out gave me a quote. Once I gave them the ok they were there when they said in a timely manner, professional, and we trusted them in our home without us there (which is rare for us). They also found issues that I had no clue were happening, gave me a call to update me and how they were fixing it, and im so glad they did! They made sure to fix my house completely and not do a patch job. I'm truly happy with their work, and would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Chad and his crew were a very good and helpful experience in the difficult time following a fire my in-laws had. We were referred JCC from a friend. Chad came in and checked out what needed to be done and he and his crew came in and cleaned all the families belongings, furniture, clothes, and house. They packaged everything up and stored it on-site in a shipping container that he provided. After all the restoration was complete JCC came back in and placed everything back like it was. Chad handled all of the insurance claims and made this difficult time as pleasant as could be in this situation. JCC was very professional and I would highly recommend his services.

Overall

I am so thankful that I found JCC Restoration. Initially, I attempted to get a quote from another company. They were highly unprofessional.

I looked online for another option. JCC Restoration has wonderful online reviews, so I decided to go with them. I could not be happier!

We had water damage on the second floor that leaked down to the dining room. I was given an accurate quote. JCC employees worked well with my homeowners insurance. They always showed up on time. They kept me in the loop for every part of the process - from dehumidifiers and fans to repairing drywall.

As a single female, I always worry about having people in my home, but I was completely comfortable with everyone that came.

I am so pleased with the quality of the work. It's like it never happened.
I would highly recommend JCC Restoration!

Overall

When our brand new building grew mold (at an alarming rate) we called JCC. JCC gave us insight as to how the mold came to be, quoted us a price and helped us take pictures (for legality). JCC was quick and efficient with eradicating the infestation. I couldn’t be more pleased with their service. Finally our nightmare was over!

Overall

We experienced 3 water lines freeze in our home while we were on holiday, and we incurred significant damage. Due to the unprecedented number of homes with this situation I was concerned we would not be able to find a mitigation company to help us dry out our home. JCC was our first call and was on-site within hours. They took the time to carefully remove any damaged drywall, flooring, and ceilings; along with providing very advanced drying equipment to quickly get our house prepared for reconstruction. Chad walked us through each step with patience and his crew took great care of our personal property. If you, unfortunately, have the need for water mitigation and restoration JCC is the first call you should make. 5 stars.
