Couldn't ask for a better experience. Cory was ethical, knowledgeable, informative, and went out of his way to help us get our project done on time. He even pointed out a poison ivy patch for us to be aware. Made a friend and will ask for him for any future projects.

I would highly recommend B3 Land Surveyors! Cory was quick to respond, an excellent communicator, and extremely professional. He did a boundary survey for our hilly and forested 35+ acre tract and sorted out our boundary line history and changes that had happened from the county's tax map and sorted our errors from other surveyors and shortcuts they had taken. Through his use of current technology and online records he created an excellent survey for us to use in both print and digital formats and we're very confident of the quality and accuracy of the survey. Cory did a great job and if we need surveying work in the future, we will get in touch with him again!
