JT and his team did an awesome job. The quote from Advanced Plaster & Tile was 30% less than other companies for identical work and quality did not suffer.

The team showed up on time every day and cleaned up behind themselves. As part of the renovation, the team put in new drain covers and return jets that are more modern than our old fittings.

We had a small hiccup at the end of the job but the team quickly made it right. I would highly recommend.

With so many pool renovation companies to select from we chose Advanced Plaster and Tile based on price, knowledge and confidence that they could restore our pool. The pool needed to be plastered and tiled along with new equipment and decking. We had to keep the existing coping and took JT’s recommendation with the VCR Crema color tile and Stonescapes Tropics Blue mini pebble. The end result was amazing and we couldn’t be happier. There were many options along the way but we were immediately informed of any cost adjustments to make a decision. We were able to take back our green pool from the frogs and have been enjoying it for the last month. JT is extremely knowledgeable and shared much information on pool care and equipment. JT was great to work with and has given us a lot of valuable information about maintaining our water chemicals, upgrading our pool equipment and replacing mastic for our 25 year old pool. We have a 14 year old pool that was time to have replastered. Advanced Paster was the 2nd company we called for a bid. It should have been the first and been once and done. JT and his crew were awesome. Not only was he professional and made us feel at home and comfortable (even during Covid-19), not once did he try to upsell us when explaining and offering different options to us. We chose the Stonescapes minipebble Midnight Bue plaster. Our original plaster was a light blue, almost like a city pool! We also chose to do new tile. The difference was absolutely incredible, just stunning. The finished product changed the whole ambience and feel of the backyard. We have already received so many compliments. We had lots of questions, even after work hours and he was very prompt in returning my texts, even in the evening. We have had less than favorable dealings with companies in the past, and I can absolutely say that JT and Advanced Plaster are the best. Well deserved 5 star rating across-the-board.

Exceeded my expectations. JT knows his stuff. Showed up as promised, did BEAUTIFUL work, answered all our questions patiently. Highly responsive—always called or texted me back immediately.
