Great first time experience. Easy and quick to make an appointment, and they were able to come out the next day. Jarred, the tech, explained things well and did a great job. We will certainly call again if/when we need them. Overall, a very good experience.

I just used Appliance Recover Repair and would not recommend at all. My washing machine needed servicing and all the technician did was go through the codes of the machine and advise that all of the parts needed to be replaced. The technician was literally here for about 30 minutes and they charged a service fee of $129.00.

All he literally did was look at his manual and look at the codes there was no sense of - trouble shooting or anything. I would save your money and google the codes yourself. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I would understand a fee of $50-80 to just come out but not the $129.00

He found the problem, ordered the part and had the refrigerator back up and running like it should.

We called at 1pm on monday, technician was at our house at 7pm, repaired our dryer and left. We started dryer and it didn’t even dry one load then would not heat.
Call the next morning and same technician was back at 4pm. At this point we were frustrated but also concerned what the technician’s attitude would be? Well we were very pleasantly surprised. He was great fixed again. But went way out of his way to figure out why the first fix didn’t last. Highly recommend this company they really really back up there work.
