We used Chip’s Kitchens and Baths about 7 years ago when we remodeled our master bath. They did such a wonderful job. The cabinets are of such high quality that they actually look as good today as they did when they were installed. So naturally, we turned to Chip’s Kitchens and Baths to remodel our kitchen. Ron took all my ideas and, with all his talent and knowledge, designed a kitchen that is not only beautiful but functional. This kitchen is a joy to work in. I particularly love the built in china cabinet. Chuck is an outstanding Project Manager. He kept things running smoothly, and his attention to detail was much appreciated. He addressed every question and concern we had to our complete satisfaction. Every crew member was professional and excellent at their job. The work area was kept clean, and materials were stored neatly and out of the way. They were all so friendly. We enjoyed getting to know them. Gerry is a master with color and finishes. The stain color is exactly what we wanted, and the finish on the cabinets is beautiful. I fully expect them to hold up as well as the bathroom cabinets have. And Carol was always there to answer questions, and to place and keep track of our orders. We also appreciate the referral they gave us to Jan, an interior designer. She was there to boost my confidence and guide me in all of the selections we had to make. We highly recommend Chip’s Kitchens and Baths. We wouldn’t want to work with any other company. We owe all of them a big thank you. After 37 years in our home we finally have the kitchen we always wanted. We are looking forward to our new bar/butler’s pantry that we will be starting soon. We know it will be just as beautiful.

Excellent experience start to finish. Ron took the time to truly listen to what we wanted, designed a thoughtfully laid out space, and was patient with my special requests. Chuck was incredible with attention to detail and remembering all the little things, (and there were many!) and he never failed to follow up and set expectations. The entire crew was respectful of our home and worked tirelessly to ensure every last detail was right. Jerry deserves all the accolades in the world for his dedication to absolutely nailing the stain color we wanted!

We wouldn’t hesitate to work with this entire crew again, and we LOVE our finished kitchen and pantry!

I just recently completed remodeling my master bath as well as a smaller second bath. Chip's Kitchens and Baths performed the work and did an outstanding job. They were totally professional using master craftsmen for all work. Attention to detail was second to none. Dan, who supervised the project was involved on a daily basis making sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Kudos to him. Ron, the general manager helped us put together the design and worked up the final bid. He was very helpful in working with us to minimize costs. My husband and I recently remodeled our 30 year-old bathroom with Dan at Chip's Kitchen's and Baths. Their company was super well-organized and did a beautiful job: from choosing cabinetry, paint colors, tiles, lighting, etc. They gave us a variety of suppliers to choose from to pick our products. They completed the project as predicted and Dan was always very clear in his communication and very easy to work with. When we had a couple of things needing fixing after the project was done, Dan was always very responsive and fixed everything. Highly recommend!

Our experience with Chips has been wonderful from beginning to end. Ron took my ideas and used his wealth of knowledge and expertise to elevate our kitchen design to the next level and work it into the existing space as if it’s been there always. Color-Master Jerry patiently worked with us to create the perfect custom stain colors and then applied then with perfect precision. Superintendent Dan kept in touch and had things running smoothly from start to finish. Most of the crews cleaned up after themselves every day; all were friendly and excellent at their various jobs. The few problems that arose, which are to be expected on a job of this scope, were addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. The custom cabinets are, by far, the most well built and beautifully finished cabinets I’ve ever seen or used in any home. We are more than pleased with our new kitchen and absolutely recommend Chips to family and friends (we already have, as a matter of fact).

I have no idea where to start with this review. I wish I knew how all these 5 star reviews got such a great outcome when mine is the absolute complete opposite. We had a full kitchen and primary bath remodel and loved all of Ron’s ideas and promises. I can’t even describe the mess we are left with. Warped ceilings, uneven textures, cabinet doors that have been removed and “repainted” twice and already having issues again. The painted island is chipping everywhere..how fitting to their name! We spent over 100k on this project and every day that I look at the poor drywall, finishing and chipped and splitting cabinets, I’m reminded that we are stuck with a really expensive problem that will never ever be rectified!! Disgusted and frustrated!!
