All-Pro Floors did an outstanding job! We replaced all of the carpet in the house with LVT flooring that matched our living room. They did our master bedroom and total upstairs. We also had them replace the carpet on the stairs with wood. It turned out great. Phil the sales person was really nice to work with and had some good ideas for us. The installer, Luis, and his crew were very polite and kept everything neat and orderly throughout the installation which took several days.

It was a very good experience and we highly recommend All-Pro!

We were left with a mess after a restoration/general contractor's sub-contractor installed our flooring incorrectly, twice. It was bad. Real bad.

Enter Brett T. - our All-Pro consultant/sales rep. He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and provided ample amounts of information (NWFA docs, wood & glue manufacturer install guides, best practice docs, etc.) so that we understood the extent of the previous contractor's incompetence. As an engineer, by trade, I was greatly appreciative of that effort.

The turnaround from purchase to completion of installation was super quick. Luise & his crew were amazing! They came in, demoed the incorrectly installed floor, prepped the concrete, and laid a masterpiece of a floor. All while remaining cognizant of the fact that we were living in our home during the remodel. For instance - demo of the master bedroom was last & install of master bedroom was first, to minimize our displacement. Very much appreciated!

We are remodeling our master bathroom and purchased several different tiles and quartz countertops. We were unable to use the quartz countertops so asked for a refund. This process was seamless and appreciated. Fast forward to today, we are in the process of tiling the walls and they do not look good with the floor tiles, wall paint, cabinets, and the lighting in our bathroom. We call for a refund due to the receipt of sale saying refunds would be subjected to a restocking fee. We were well aware of that. We were told, for the very first time about a cash and carry policy, or that they would look into an exchange. The receipt has no language about a cash and carry policy. None. I asked the sales associate, Jerry Lindell, a question and he began yelling at me. Accused me of accusing him of something. He yelled at me for asking a question. My voice never changed and my tone never changed. He was so loud that they could hear him through the phone at the establishment that I was in. I asked to speak with the manager. The person that got on the phone was the owner and she was immediately defensive. She came at me defensively and said that she’s never heard him react that way. I’m not sure what that is supposed to do for me since he literally just behaved that way on the phone so any behaviors prior to that have zero meaning for me. I felt entirely disrespected by them both. Long story short, we are now waiting to see whether or not the manufacturer will accept the tile back that we cannot use. $1500 worth of tile and bullnose. I am looking into options on how to proceed forward if we do not get our money back (minus the restocking fee), however, I will never do business with this place again and I will never recommend it to anyone else.

I first saw the store along Cooper on my way to Mansfield last Christmas 2022 and stopped to inquire. I was greeted by Brett who was pleasant and welcoming answering all my questions concerning replacing my floors. We connected again in Spring to request a home visit for measurement as part of starting my planning.

Brett was knowledgeable on his products and keen to provide details on areas such as the steps into a sunken room, step noses etc. The installing team representative Luis with his team were knowledgable and were diligent enduring the summer heat to meet the one-week deadline.

My wife and I are extremely picky and what I would consider well-informed buyers. We shopped around for almost 2 months before making the decision to work with All-Pro Floors in Arlington. That being said, Phil Davis and his team at All-Pro Floors blew away our expectations. They were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and most importantly, extremely skilled craftsmen.

We are hyper sensitive to strangers coming into our home, but Phil put my mind at ease as the crew that showed for each job was very respectful of our home and possessions. I never once felt threatened that items might be missing upon on our return home. They did excellent work and when we had questions or requested items to be touched up, we never once received any pushback. They truly deliver when it comes to customer service and follow through.

We had a few issues early on with pricing of the floors, as we ended up doing the entire house: hardwoods in the entry, dining, and living area, then new tile in the kitchen and laundry area, and new carpet in all of the bedrooms. Phil miscalculated on his quote and it was to my favor, but rather than coming back after the fact and telling me I owed him more money, he ate the cost....a man of his word! I can't say that about too many people, could probably count them on one hand. Thank you, Phil, for standing behind your quote!

As you can tell from our pictures, updating the floors, countertops in the kitchen, the backsplash, hardware on the cabinets, and ultimately the paint changed the entire look of our home. They don't do painting but everything else was turnkey.

Lastly, it's my recommendation to not skimp out on cost to save a few hundred dollars. If this is your home, make the investment and know that you're getting high quality products, professional installation and craftsmanship, and excellent customer service. You won't regret it!!

I've already recommended a few friends, neighbors and colleagues to work with Phil and his team, as I know they're in great hands.

We look forward to doing more business with Phil and his team. We recently purchased a new home and will be in the need of new flooring and bathroom countertops.
