I drove a half hour on a Saturday to pick out tiles for my remodel. Arrived within posted store hours, and no one is here. No one is answering the phone or ringing the doorbell.

Massive waste of time, I guess I’ll be shopping somewhere else.

Kennedy promptly ensured patrons were assisted upon entry, and Austin was informative and guided us with thoughts and selections.
