Cristian and his team did an outstanding job. They arrived about 10 minutes early before the scheduled time and got right to work. During the whole process Cristian and his team would continue to ask if there was anymore they could help with. They definitely went the extra mile to make sure I got moved quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Cristian and his team to family and friends and use them again if needed.

Such a fabulous experience moving from Austin to Houston. Cristian and the crew were early and were so quick and efficient (and the building I was moving out of was one that had a lot of long hallways to navigate). Do NOT use 3 men movers. I have never given any business a bad review before. But I felt like this was necessary. 3 men movers were actually 1 man and 2 boys. They dropped 2 big boxes off the ramp when the boy wasn’t paying attention and wheeled the dolly right off the ramp (and the boys laughed). The move ended up being $850 for a small 1 bedroom apartment and I gave a generous tip for their time despite dropping the boxes for. Most importantly, I had a $500 west elm coffee table that they completely destroyed and DID NOT let me know. It wasn’t until I moved my stuff out of storage that I saw it. It was completely destroyed and they offered me a firm $100. They also damaged art pieces. Even though the situation was described and the receipts of the coffee table were provided, they were firm in $100- which is LESS THAN THE TIP I GAVE. The coffee table is only 1 year old. For damages items they offer .64 cents per lb. If it wasn’t 133lbs, I wouldn’t have gotten anything. They obviously knew they caused severe damage and did not inform me. Do not trust them with your move. They should have AT LEAST refunded me the tip I gave the movers as well as fully refund my damaged item. My next move and partners move we used Einstein and they were wonderful. Not only was the move terrible but they couldn’t even provide a reasonable refund for damage they caused.

Raymond and his crews were amazing! We have been moving every year for the past 3 years and have been using different movers and we were very impress with their services. The crews arrived exactly on time and after showing them all the stuffs they got into working right away. They were very efficient and organized. No wasting time at all! All the furniture were wrapped professionally. Once we arrived the destination, I’m super impressed with the unloading since they also help taking all the plastic wraps away, put the shelves together and make sure the items were exactly where we want it to be. They were also very polite. I would highly recommended them to anyone who plan to move!!
