A+ experience with Tom Keller at Priority Roofing. I knew I would eventually need a new roof and Tom’s timing was perfect. I filed a claim with insurance right after a major hailstorm, which happened a month prior to my hail deductible doubling. Tom was extremely helpful and knew what had to be done. Even with a less than ideal policy, he made sure we left no stone unturned. After that, Tom was able to schedule my roof replacement for that very week. The crew showed up on time and finished a 2-day roof in a day-and-a-half. I was walked thru the process step by step. The communication was top notch. Needless to say, customer service was on point. The roof job was done exceptionally well, on time and with attention to detail. They cleaned up really well afterwards too. I highly recommend Tom Keller and the Priority Roofing team!

I’m so thankful for the excellent job Daniel Fox and Priority Roofing did on our new roof. When we learned the roof needed to be replaced on the house we were purchasing, Daniel and his team were able to make quick work on a quality roof. We loved that they used a drone to be able to assess for any mold or rot that may have been hiding under the roof. Excellent Service! Just had my roof replaced after fighting with insurance company for many months. We worked with Kirk Richard for several months, he was honest, patient, and fantastic to work with during the entire process. The foreman that worked on the project and his team were respectful and great to work with as well. I never put signs in my yard supporting other companies, however this time when Kirk ask if he could put a sign up I was happy to let him put a sign in our front yard. I have already shared my experience with a few of my neighbors. I assured them if they need a roof to work with Kirk at priority, they will not be disappointed. I have had one other roof replaced in my life since owning homes and I cannot even tell you the companies name. After this experience I will never call another roofing company especially if Kirk is still working for Priority!

Jon Nielsen and Priority Roofing made a bad situation much easier to deal with. Jon dealt with my insurance company and was able to get me taken care of. The work was performed with quality and was very professional. Jon was there every step of the way. There were damages that were not seen initially, and Jon took care of everything. I had other issues with my house, and Jon was also able to recommend contractors in the other areas that were also great to work with. This is the second roof Jon and Priority have replaced and I would strongly recommend them to anyone who needs a roof!

Living out of state, but needed the roof replaced on one of my rental homes in Austin area, by chance, I found Priority Roofing by Google. Maria Salazar from Priority Roofing took care of everything from inspection, contacting insurance for the claims, scheduling... to finalizing with pictures of the new roof. I was informed of every step along. It was so easy and reasonably priced. Maria is now finalizing the roof of another rental home of mine with the insurance company.
